We are a group COMMITTED to fairness in the child custody process, since before the new millennium.

Discuss your concerns, either in a public forum, or in private.
JOIN US to help change the family laws that govern the family courts.
Find the text of all family laws (and any other laws also) in any state in the U.S.

If you would like to discuss an issue that concerns you, feel free to:
Please read our FAQ section first, as many of your most common questions are discussed and answered there. You can be assured that if you read this entire site, including all the threads of the Discussion Board, you will know more about family law than most attorneys. Please take the time to do this homework, as this site is primarily a self-help site; virtually all the information you need is located within these pages of this site.
Publicly post on our Discussion Board. There, you will find a community of caring and knowledgeable parents (response usually within a few hours).
Due to the overwhelming volume of email questions we have been receiving, we apologize that we will no longer be able to answer questions privately, as a free service. However, if you choose to make a voluntary DONATION to help the cause of shared parenting, we will entertain our best efforts to answer your email questions in a comprehensive, prompt, and strictly confidential manner (response usually within 24 hours). Please be sure to include the confirmation (transaction ID) number of your DONATION in the subject line of your email. If not, then please publicly post on our Discussion Board.
If you would like, you are more than welcome to JOIN US.
There are no fees, dues, or any other requirements except a sincere desire to achieve a better future for all of our nation's children. We will add you to our mailing list (which we will not sell, or otherwise distribute; we respect your privacy) to keep you updated on developments as they occur. To learn more about our goals and platform, please read our Mission Statement.
If you are seeking the text of family laws in your state, you will find those links in our state links (click the "LINKS" button at left, the "REGIONAL" button at right, choose your state from the list, then click on the "Family Code" link).
If you are seeking to contact your local elected representatives, you will also find those links in the state links (click the "LINKS" button at left, the "REGIONAL" button at right, choose your state from the list, then click on "Senate," "House," or "Assembly" links).
If you wish to contact your national elected representatives, those links can be found in the Political Links. If you wish to contact various organizations of television and print media, those links can be found in the Media Links.
All International Links can be found within the Regional Links section (click the "LINKS" button at left, the "REGIONAL" button at right, then choose your country from the list).
If you are seeking links to other sites with resources that may be helpful to non-custodial parents (NCP), we have established quite an archive of such links (click "LINKS" button at left). Some of these resources may also be helpful to custodial parents, but the focus of our efforts is to help the beleaguered NCP.
Please feel free to browse this site for more information concerning our organization and our objectives.
