"Time"
Precious time, precious moments
So valued are days, other time is minute.
I feel cause to argue for more
Precious minutes, days of tribute.
In a child’s heart no clock is ticking
No time is passing, or hand a clicking.
It doesn’t exist
Here, time is powerless!
Without a watch to check
Exponentially, these moments multiply.
Valued more than you’ll ever know
It’s relative to our experience- don’t ask why!
In a child’s mind time has no limit
No passing, flying, or schedule to fit.
It doesn’t matter
Here, time is fatter!
It’s an occasion and chance to renew
Love for their Dad!
Time has no significance
It’s worth more than you ever had.
Because of its absence, time is irrelevant
It has stopped, turned and lent.
In our moments passing
Time is forever lasting!
