The Problem
We, here at Custody Reform, consider ourselves part of the solution to these grave injustices perpetrated daily in family courts.
However, there is another side to the story; those that we consider the problem. The following links are some examples, by no means exhaustive.
While we will not dwell on these websites, we will provide a few so that you may convince yourselves of the exact nature of the dilemma.
We recommend that you do not contact, or in any other way engage, anyone responsible for these sites.
In general, there are two main camps who benefit most from the current set of very screwed up laws; 1) the CP groups (most forcefully represented by the National Organization of Women, and their cronies), and 2) the Lawyers, who profit from all the custody litigation. Anyone who is serious about reforming custody laws to include the "rebuttable presumption of equal shared parenting, or joint physical and legal custody" will soon run into formidable opposition from both of these aforementioned groups. If you are not convinced that the NOW is firmly against any change in the status quo, we strongly urge you to read N.O.W. Alert, with additional commentary provided by our friends at S.P.A.R.C. (formerly F.R.T.C.).
Additionally, here are some other problem sites that are funded by or aligned with either the NOW or the Matrimonial Lawyers, or both.
