Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Keith Lynch and I’m the author of a non-fiction book titled Dirty Justice-Who Killed Mommy? In America, it is presumed that you are innocent until proven guilty, that your rights as a citizen are protected under the constitution, and that your family rights will not be destroyed without due process of law. Simply because someone believed you have committed a crime does not make it so. However, the exact opposite is happening to many people in the land of the free and the home of the brave. I present to you a true story with true identities, true facts and the unbelievable miscarriage of justice that has occurred with-in the judicial system, which has become a journey in my life. The common man of America, Civil Liberties is constantly under attack by law enforcement officials. And, the underclass does not receive proper legal counsel in the courts of this nation. The conditions that exit toward the underclass have led many nations citizens to seek independence from the tyranny of the few. On March 25, 2008 I will be walking from Chicago, IL to Atlanta, GA to bring attention concerning the misconduct, and miscarriage of justice that has not only befallen my family and me at the hands of law enforcement, and judicial officials but to thousands of others throughout this nation. I want every citizen to feel safe and receive the same support from the civil servants who are sworn to protect and serve every citizens rights, not only to protect and serve the very few. I believe the only way the disadvantage can insure that they are protected from the misconduct of law enforcement officials is to impanel a citizen review board who are voted from the residence that are effected by rogue police. The panel must be independent from the city political machine and have the ability to investigate and power to charge an officer if wrong doing is uncovered. Ladies and Gentlemen, I have no sponsorship, and I have traveled across this nation and visit several major cities and resided in shelters and discovered a real need to assist those who are in need of assistance. I will contribute five percent of all book sells to this cause. Please tell your family and friends to donate if they cannot afford to purchase a book every penny counts. “A People Without A Voice Cannot Be Heard!” Thank you for your time.
