Several years ago I just made a guess at biomom's e-mail password. By happen stance I got it right. I have watched/monitored her e-mail for years. I've done nothing but "watched" ever.

Now there is busyness in her e-mail that is concerning. She is applying for a traveling position in her career field. The traveling position could cause a great problem in DH's time with his children.

Mom has a 11 year history of trying to keep the kids from dad. There are 2 theories we have right now with her traveling position. #1 she is going to give the kids to dad (my DH) #2 she is going to try yet again to take them and run.

I/we have never done anything with mom's e-mail in the many years we have known the pass word. Her life now, as oppose to past years, is in topsy turvy world!

Personally I think she is trying to leave her current husband.

In any event......does anyone have any ideas/suggestions as to the "reasonable expectation of privacy" of a hotmail account?

As to say mom says "Oh this position just fell on me (in a few months) and I have to take it along with the kids". And Dad flips out a copy of her e-mails that show she has been planning this for 2 months and says "no it didn't fall in your lap you have been planning for it"?

Ideas? I know this board hasn't been busy for a while but I've been here for years just lurking around until just such a problem pops up.
