I agree with Jeanie.
I would also like to ad that the "change in circumstances" (which could be just about anything) that took place since the judgement date would or could be, the ex is not following instructions, or "holding up to" their end of the bargin (bargin yeh right! for who?!). One clear instance of this is that the child(ren) are being denied THEIR Visitation time with THEIR Father. And this denial to the child(ren) may be directly or maby even indirectly related to what is in the book you found. Either way it very well may be a way to get a COPY (always give copies, keep originals for yourself) of this information introduced to the record (which is public information.... too bad for her). Also if you are able to get this to court request she gets a psych exam, and request that she pay 100% for this exam; stating something like: if she did not think her judgement was better than this honorable court than we would not be here today requesting parenting time enforcement and a psych exam for this clearly disturbed individual. And I also pray for releif from the costs associated with todays visit to this court in an attempt to have this court guide the(plaintiff / defendant)in following the orders of this court. Also you might want to try and take advantage of this visit and if possible, request / file for a Parenting Time Modification to suit the father more (since your already there) and anything else you can ask the court. Just a thought when refering to Parenting time denial; I do not like to say "My Time" I like to say The Children's Time or The Children are being denied THEIR Time. I think if you put this spin on this simple subject it has much more impact on the court. It is the CHILDREN'S time with you NOT YOUR time with the children. this makes the court (and anybody else that reads the PUBLIC records) think "Poor CHILDREN, they have a rotten custodial parent". Not "Poor dad". It's supposed to be about the children not the parents. Even though it greatly effects both.

GOOD LUCK / BESURE AND CHECK THE LAWS OF YOUR STATE
