You may remember a few months ago, I was posting here about getting my son back from California to New Zealand (Outside hague convention Jurisdiction)
Well, It turned out that the New Zealand family courts was happy for me to serve her and ask her to appear which is good. This lady has denied me visitation and broken our civil agreement from the day she left the country.
Well then it happens, Shortly after New Years I get a message from her that she is relocating to Hawaii.
However we do not get an address for her she gives me a phone number and I manage to call.
Shortly there after, I let her know that I feel our son would be better off with me. This sets her off. . . Long story short - It was last confirmed that she stayed in Hawaii, Our son Told me the name of the school he was attending. but for 2 months I have had no contact and am scared that she is on the run. I have court papers ready to serve her, but can not tell them where to go to get her.
The school wont give me any information. . any ideas?
