Hmmmmmmmmmmm...don't have it anymore since my computer crashed, but I had an article based on a 2001 report that 1 in 5 NCPs were women.

That aside...your statement is misleading because it suggests that 10 men "faught" for custody and 9 lost...not true. Having actually worked in Family Law for many years...legal custody isn't even an issue in the majority of divorce and paternity cases.

And the old male stand-by, "oh golly gee, I didn't think I could get custody" was a great excuse...twenty-thirty years ago, but not these days...not with the increases in Parenting Time allocations. Hell...who cares who has "custody" if ya'll an almost equal split in Parenting Time, because isn't that what is really important because you can always take the other idiot to court if ya'll don't agree?

And FYI, I wasn't saying it was a coincidence, just pointing out how it is down here.
