I see what you are saying...correct, 9 of 10 not lose. I wish I could be politically correct on every aspect but...I can't.

But regarss to the "I did not think I could get custody" is pervasive today. My 1st attorney flat out said I won't win because I am dad.

The perception is changing...and with traditional family rolls going by the way side the courts will need to re-think their decisions. What get sm are the SPo's...what is standard about our families? One person told me "well, courts cannot hear every case". Maybe not...but something as complex as our kids should be offered more than a minimum standard. Not sure how your state wording is on SPO but in Texas it is the minimal time awarded to the NCP...does not say the only time. Somehow courts have used the SPO as the default...like Internet Explorer...it's the default browser in most cases regardless LOL
