That is true...we men did create that monster LOL. The cultural bias that if a women has her kids 50% or less they say "oh, what did SHE do to lose HER kids". That is b.s.
I was not alluding to the courts handing down the SPO to dads like candy...but that it is customary and cultural and if a dad wants to fight he has to come up with money. Hence your 3rd reason of change...the money factor. That part we will 100% agree on...money drives the system, politics, welfare, military contracts, and everything else.
