She did a psych eval and it turned out ok. Fromt the courts perspective they have to go on the available evidence. She may have had bad behavior in the past, but so do most people in family crisis, from their perspective it is probobly "situational" and they don't have a crystal ball to see the future.
If you persist at this point you may be viewed badly by the court as being vindictive and being the cause of additional court costs.
