I don't have any options for you but a few comments:
- If you think you are tied with your Ex in the 12 points of custody, then you are probably behind.
- You having to put your son in day care ALL day will be a major strike against you. Can you change jobs or something? As this stands, it would be impossible for you to be CP.
- If you worry about money too much you will look greedy (yes, your ex wife has a "right" to worry about money, but you don't).
Can you find a different job with less hours? Even if you don't get full custody (you probably won't), you should try to get your schedule so that you can spend more time with you kid. I know the move away stuff is looming as well, and I don't have any advice there. I'm struggling with my problems on this one.
