Just wanted to keep everyone posted on my current situation. We still haven't filed for divorce. Even though my wife has called off her planned move-away from CA to NY, she has been in NY last week (on vacation??). I have managed to increase my time spent with my 15 month old son to a whopping 45% last week and am continuing to try to have more time with him. I'm hoping that when my 16 year old sister in law (just to recap, she lives with and helps care for our son) starts high school again in the fall, that my wife will be less likely to raise the move-away issue for at least this year and way into next year. For now, it's status quo.
After reading the thread ending with "Christine, you can be my X anytime" I really realize how similar many of our situations are and CD, you really seem to have had a terrible battle in court. I just wanted to commend you for the work you do on this site. I try to read something on here almost every day and it helps knowing that there is a place (albeit a cyber place) I can go to seek information and ask questions of others in my situation.
