I am also in complete agreement with CD. My ex told me she would grant liberal visitation when she decided to move back home to mom and dad. We had a seperation agreement but she totally changed her mind when she moved. I now see my daughter maybe 4-6 weeks a year thanks to the backwards Pennsylvania courts. Let me tell you - it stinks! Don't let your child be moved away from you. Keep your child with you and be fair to your ex as far a letting her see your child. Just my input!
