often it is the case that the NCP are trusting of what the cp's say. then, the cp's change their minds (or were intentionally lying to begin with), and the NCP is shit out of luck, because the courts will only rubber stamp what the CP says, for the most part. Don't let it happen to you, it has happened to many before you. Good Luck.
