that your X is not being a witch because she wants to, but because she knows that if she cooperates in any way with you, that will reduce her leverage in court. The court won't punish her for being uncooperative, no matter how detrimental to the child she may be. But if she does cooperate, she won't go to NY, and she won't collect nearly as much in CS. that's how it works, and most men have no idea what is going on. I feel you have already been way to nice in this case, to your detriment. I hope that allowing yoru child to go to NY for this week won't come back to haunt you, but I fear it will. Good Luck.
