they are trying to screw you, and you are trying to be reasonable with a bunch of terrorists. Any other mediator will be the same, so just quit cooperating, since cooperation isn't getting you anywhere. File for full custody, and fight the move. Encourage your X to move to NY and get a job first, and you will gladly grant her liberal visitation. Cut back on your own work scheudule to accomplish this, you will be paid off in the long run with the CS you will receive from your X. Play hardball, I have been telling you this from the beginning, and everything I have ever said is coming true in your case.
I told you that you were in a move case, and I told you that mediators other court personnel wouldn't help you. Guess what? Told ya so. Now I am telling you again, if you don't start playing hardball, you will surely lose everything. Good Luck, keep us posted.
