I spoke with my attorney and she assured me that she would work it out with the judge that my wife cannot have emergency custody to flee with our son. She insisted I didn't need to panic and I should not even show up in court. I'm praying...
In other news...
I arranged more than 2 weeks ago to have today and most of SA off to spend time with my son. I went to pick him up at my wife's
apt and spent 1 1/2 hours calling and waiting. No sign of my son. Where he is, I don't know. Did
my wife take him to court with her? Is my sister-in-law taking care of him in their apartment and
just not answering the phone? Did my wife find a babysitter? I don't know. All I know is this is
getting to be VERY serious business. I can only assume that my wife is planning on getting
emergency custody and fleeing immediately so possibly her agreement to have me pick him up
today was merely a ploy. We'll let you know.
