What kind of case for obstruction and frustrating visitation do you think I have...
a) todays events of denying my scheduled visitation outlined in the previous posting
b) when wife to child to NY for 9 days, 1 month ago, she refused to give me name, address, telephone number of relatives where she stayed. she did not return 4 calls I made to speak to my son.
c) even though she takes her sister to school, which is only 4 blocks from where I live (our original residence) every weekday and my son is most assuredly in the car with her, she refuses to dropoff my son at my place and insists I drive the 4 miles to pickup and dropoff our child. this stemmed from the fact that I made the comment that since she was the one divorcing me, dropping him off was "the least she could do".
d) I had been picking up our son after work at approximately 1030pm so I could spend even more "overnights" with him. she insisted I pick him up at 6am the following morning because "it's too cold outside (Los Angeles in summertime?) and because she didn't want her sister outside so late while she was at work. I asked her if she could buzz me into the security building so I could pickup directly at their apartment. she told me their unit does not have an intercom. I asked if she could make me an extra key so I could get in. i didn't think she'd mind since she had keys to my apt for weeks after she moved out. she said she'd ask the manager. she never got back to me on that one.
These things may seem nit-picky individually, but I see a pattern developing in which she is merely doing minimum required to not "piss-off" a judge when the time comes.
What do you think? Could any of these events be used to prove obstruction to thwart a move-away?
Thanks.
