with my hearing upcoming in 2 weeks. But, given how adamant my STBX is re her move to NY, I don't really have any option. My new attorney says I have a pretty good case and, believe it or not, I've actually met with him for more time in the last week than my old attorney has with me in the last 2 1/2 months. No choice but to put my child's fate in the hands of the judge knowing full well that the deck is stacked. But I have to give it my best shot. And CD, I'm spending lots of time with the little one, now, and sending certified letters every week.
