save them unopenend, and show them to the judge. Doesn't look good for her. And if she agreed in writing to let you have some time, then tell her she can't change her mind, you already made plans. I would be very careful about always conceding to mom, even if your lawyer says so. It only makes you look like the NCP. Dont look like that. If you gladly let mom have all the time just so you don't rock the boat, you are telling the judge you really don't care about the time, and the kid is better off with your X. Fight for your time, and don't give it up easily. Good Luck.
