Spent another few hours with my new, better attorney. New and improved scathing declaration from STBX, too. Now, not only does she claim I never took care of our child, but (get this) never helped financially, never spent more than 1 day at a time with child, that she is in debt because of me, that I kept her furniture, that I never wanted to work full-time (basically claiming that I am a lazy, hopeless SOB that she and our son don't have time to waste with), that I even keep the new clothes for our son and return him in old, outgrown clothes, that the only reasons that I want to see my son is to avoid CS, and even that I never loved my wife and I only wanted her so she could pay half the rent.

She even has her sister in on the act with her own declaration of what a mean and horrible human being I am and how angry I was. For the record, I WAS upset, after all the woman I loved told me she wanted out of our marriage and didn't even want to tell me the real reasons or to try and reconcile. It is upsetting, but no one was hurt except for a couple of choice words on my part. No name calling, just choice words. I would be more upset at all of this but the allegations are simply so outrageous, I find I have to almost laugh at the absurdity at all of this. And as a capper to the evening, I got a flat tire, too. It was probably the highlight of my day.

Did I mention my ex has her job transfer approved. Her new job will pay a whole
33 cents more per hour! WOW! Don't spend it all in one place. Of course she makes no mention of our son living with me anymore, after all, this is war. CD, you are absolutely right (about everything so far) about these people (some CP) being terrorists. She does say I am invited to visit my son in NY every other weekend and she will pay half. How generous. Hopefully the judge will see that this ludicrous plan is not worth my son being fatherless. A few more days until D-Day. I'll be praying. Thanks for letting me ramble on.
