Listen, you are going to trial, this isn't going to be over in one day, it will take several hearing over the course of months. Dig in, and do everything I told you. go back and read those old posts.
I already predicted the outcome of your trial. You read that prediction, and if you do what I told you, that will be the net result. that is your best case scenario, byt the way. Your only hope is that your X capitulates at some point. For whatever reason, you have to find a way to get her to capitulate. Fake reconciliation if necessary, if it means you will get more time with your kid. I mean it, find out what her motivating factor is. What does she REALLY, REALLY want? Is it money? Buy her out, but get more time with your kid. Is it reconciliation? Consider it, but if the thought of reconciliation makes your stomach turn, the fake it long enough to get more time with your kid. Whatever it is she wants, either give it to her, of fake giving it, in return for more time with your kid.
