It just took me awhile because I tend to be a little cynical sometimes, but I assure you, now I believe you 100%. I can see the meatgrinder writing on the wall. I only wish I could figure out what she really wants.
Re reconciliation - SHE left me and I have attempted repeatedly to reconcile (not even faking it) but she refused counseling or any offers to try and make our marriage work.
She's been very secretive since our breakup and she's basically shut down any communication regarding anything but the move. And now, not even about the move. Total flatline persona when I pickup my son. Like a zombie.
Re money - I have offered to help with finances and even get 2 jobs so she could stay in L.A. I've offered to let her sister stay with me to finish high school. I've offered to help with finances so she can go to art school in L.A.
She refuses every offer.
She is hellbent on moving to NY and, unfortunately, I do not recognize this as the same woman I married a mere 3 years ago. I have absolutely NO idea what makes this woman tick anymore.
At least now I feel like my attorney is on my side, in fact, he is very sympathetic to my plight because he has a young son (12 years old) of his own. I'll keep you up to date. Now I'm gonna read some old posts and check out the FAQ...
