D-day is in less than 48 hours. Well, the legal paperwork has settled down after flying back and forth for months now. I've been studying lots of caselaw etc etc and all the armament is ready for battle at the hearing. I remember our second mediator suggesting we both consider what our options are should we not get what we want ie my STBX if goes to trial, evaluators, and me if the move is ok'd. I try to think of the options, but I really can't bear to entertain the notion of my son 3000 miles away from me. My ex's declaration now states she is "offering" me to visit every OTHER weekend, net hours per week = 23. Is she for real? So, I know I must remain positive. I'm ready to head off to the front lines as a family law/fathers' rights/children's rights soldier. I'm pretty confident/hopeful but any last minute advice or inspiration would be appreciated. God willing, I'll have good news to report. Thanks.
