So happy for you!! I think we all can get some positive Kudos for your news. To restate what I said in my earlier post, they only win if we let them. We are good parents, we love our children and THEY WILL NOT WIN IN THE INSANE GAME!!! Keep us all posted.

I just got good news from my attorney as well. A case is about to be published about a move away to Hawaii where a judge in a concurring opion stated that a transcontinental flight for visitation is most certainly a change of circumstance. We also got the one judge who doesn't take too kindly to parents who move without permission from the ex spouse. I have a good feeling that everything is going to be OK
