My brother's ex-girlfriend took their son one day and left. My brother Jim has not been the same. He spends a lot of time crying because his son is not there. His son is so in love with his daddy. He asks about him all the time, but mom won't let him call Jim and he can only see him when it's convenient for her. He has signe a Recognition of Parentage and he is the legal father of him. They were never married and I need help! I need to know my options and where I can find them. We live in Minnesota. I also would like to find people in the same situation or similar and give us advice and your experiences. Jim is not a dead beat dad, he loves his son and would do anything for him. He has full financial backup from myself and Jennifer our other sister. PLEASE HELP US!!!!!
