Well were eating supper and the phone rings it's BM (she had called last night but since DH wasn't here I let the machine pick up no msg left)Anyways phone rights I pick up and it's her she thinks I'm SD on the phone and tells me she at the party, I asked what party and she goes the dance, so I said what are you talking about and she than goes who the F is this I said it's me and she goes where's SD and I said you know you can't talk to her there is a PFA on you.
She says I have that order and it says I can't see her not talk to her.So I hand phone off to DH and he than hands phone off to SD and than SD hangs up after a few minutes.
DH asked SD whats going on that this was a dance for the 6th grader not the parents.She said she invited her mother before the incident that happen at school the other night and that mom just told her she had 50 bucks for her, to give her at the dance.So of course SD wanted the money.
Well since she was at the dance and not supose to be around SD I told DH to bring SD to the dance cause this was his battle and I wanted nothing to do with it.I also gave him the PFA order to bring with him so to get her out so SD and her friends she had over could stay.Than I called MnMom to clam down and see what she thought about the whole still be able to talk to SD with a PFA.
Anyways DH comes home says he didn't see BM car at the school and that SD teacher (whom wasn't at the harvest supper apeartanly) told DH she hadn't seen SD mom there.
It was dark in the gym because it was a halloween dance.So he left on the teacher word.
WELL WELL come to find out I go to pick SD and her friends up and the teacher comes to my window of my jeep and tells me that I really need to inform BM of teacher conference and stuff cause SHE says we haven't been.I tell the teacher that even WE havent got the paper home yet about teacher meeting happen yet.She said well I talked with BM at great length tonight and she told me how you TWO are leaving her out of her daughter life and she seem like a very caring woman.She even came as a chef tonight and did the kids best custom awards to help out.
I said EXCUSE me you inform my DH that she was not here and you had not seen her,she said well I did that to stop any conflict from happening cause I had already spoken with her prior to that.
I'm pissed that she flat out lied and picked up the PFA order from the cubby of my jeep and handed it to her and inform her that the school also had a copy.She than tells me that she had these before because of her ex husbund trying to not let her see her kids.I told her I don't care about her life history she just voliated a court order!!
Now what are we supose to do we are the bad guy here OH POOR POOR BM plzs give me a frigen break.The teacher broke the law as far as I am concern and interfeared where she shouldn't have.DH stomping around pissed off and I'm insluted this woman who happen to be one of the teachers in the SAME school I attend could act in such a UNPROFESSIONAL way.
I need some advice.
