I agree with Hack, not Doc, on this one. Filing lawsuits is a viable means of addressing a large-scale problem. This is not violence or cartoon stunts. This is the legal way to apply pressure, and it works.
Sure progress is slow, but if you avoid all attempts at bringing about change out of fear of failure you will not fail to fail.
