My wife has filed for divorce but I have not yet been served, we live in Ca. We have agreed on 50/50 custody and because of finances are living in our house until we can get it sold, split the bills and move on. We have 1 seven year old daughter. Last night my wife went out partying and stayed out until 6:00 am this morning. She came home plastered. She drove herself home. I am very worried (because there is a pattern of this) that it's just a matter of time before she drives drunk with my daughter in the car. How can I protect my daughter now and in the future?
