You need to file a criminal complaint. It is a clear violation. Whether they enforce it or not is the issue. Is a copy with the School, the local constabulary, etc? Make sure you have at least 5 or so Clerk Certified copies. A cert. copy to school and 1 to police dept. Always keep 1 with you and 2 at home. Use them as the police cannot decide which laws to enforce and which ones not to. Make them do their job. She is meddling and causing problems. Keep your cool and let her meltdown, as she will, with a little push. She is digging her own hole. You are will within your rights to file a complaint.
