I currently have joint custody of my daughter (shared w/my exgirlfriend). I have her one day during the week for 2 hours and every other saturday from 9am-sunday 9am. that whole every other holiday birthday stuff is also in the agreement. I want to become the custodial parent, my daughter never wants to leave my house when she is there. My ex has another child that is 5 months old by another guy. Is it too soon to request a review of the custody case and how would I go about doing that?
