thank you so much for your input, i know my ex is on probation he gets drug tested from what i understand every week but he isnt supposed to be drinking either and he does that and crack was his drug of choice and that is out of your system in like 3 days so he might have that system beat too. my kids want to see there dad but they dont want to stay the night,they exspecially dont want to be around his girlfriend he just met her in december and moved her right in with her 3 year old son and this child is calling him daddy already and my oldest who will be 15 in december dosent like that at all after he hears it he is so nasty and disrespectful, anyway my ex has a lenghthy criminal history from driving with no license to DWI to resisting an officer to larceny to assualt with a deadly weapon actually 4 counts of that , speeding to elude arrest what is to make me think that if he dont put them in a vehicle and he drives with no license that he isnt going to attempt to speed to elude arrest ,so what else other then tell my lawyer about the violence against women act i go to her today and wanted some information to give her to let her know that im not going to just sit there and hand my kids over to a man even though he is there father and i may have a hard time getting them back or they might get hurt while they are there
