Does my exwife have the right to change my son and daughter surnames, she has now stopped from seeing them for the last two years and has since remarried the children think that i dont love or want to see them anymore and as a result want there names changed aswell , the real reason is because she wont let me see them or write to them or phone them all i get is abuse from her , i am worried the children have been brain washed by the use of emotional blackmail but cant prove it.i got sick of all the abuse and sick of her starting arguements in front of the children . i always said i would wait till the children were older and there mother couldnt stop me seeing them
