If you are being denied access then you need to be documenting, take this evidence to an attorney, and request custody modification. If you are on the birth certificate then she cannot change names w/o your authorization, proof of your death, etc.
You need to shit or get off the pot-a child needs both parents. If you are being denied and you allow it you are equally at fault by not standing up for your right as a parent.
