What has helped me is I got an order for computer contact for mother and child. Now anything that is desiredto be negotiated I put in an email with my concerns and suggested solutions. then I give a time frame for how long the offer will be good for, at that point I say if I do not hear from you I will aasume that you are in agreement with my first second or third suggestion and that will be the plan. If you want to change anything I will require a one , two or three week notice (email repsonce) depending on the length of time. before the planned event. that way she can either communicate her ideas or accept mine. either way it requires a responce or we simply stick to exactly what the order says. I am fairly flexible on most issues but I will not let her iggnore me. this way it is in writing. no aorries about telephone recording laws or anything else, just cut and dried. I print out and keep a copy of every email and take the relavent emails with me each time. that way if she screws up or tries to jack me around I have the agreement in writng and so far the police have had to back me up. I also keep a copy of her emails so I can show how she refuses to negociate anything, she just makes demands. I refuse to let her control me any longer and she just hates it. Anytime she sends me a demand now, I immediately respond in agreement of with my objections and tell her she has to answer or we follow the order. I answer every email. I printed out the ones she iggnored for my evidence to prove her unwillingness to mediate any issue.
