Tried that. Then all of a sudden, he would change the email address he'd send from and it would go into my Junk folder and he'd say that I ignored him. THEN/OR he has limited Internet access that he can only get to once a week because his pc crashed and he's using his local library's. Any excuse to be had to make it difficult, he uses and then blames me because I keep changing how contact is supposed to be accomplished.
I'm supposed to be allowed daily phone contact between 6p-8p due to a consent order he agreed to so that we would willingly postpone a court hearing. I'm lucky if I get to talk to my son twice a week (not including visitation). But all my lawyer says is to keep a log.
