My children's father was recently locked up. I am getting redy to move out of state but dont not hve sole primary custody of my oldest son. Which resided with his father until he was aressted. I would like to take them both with me but am scared that the father wil get out and try to have me locked up for kidnapping since he has physical custody of our son. His father is constantly leaving thm with his sister who has been on drugs since the day i met her and could care less who see her doing which ever drug it is that week. I would like to keep the kids from going over there. I do not want to keep the kids from their father but my husbands job is taking us out of state almost 1200 miles away. I have tried to talk to the father regaurding this but all he does is laugh at me and tell me i cant see my son or trys to keep my daughter. Who is to say when he gets out and it is his turn for visitation that he wont keep them here instead of sending them back cause the police wont do anything and to get a contempt of court hearing takes like 4-5 weeks after you file.
