If there is NO reason what so ever to change from sole custody(from the father having it) to joint custody( what the mother wants)... what are the chances of a judge granting joint to the parents? My husband got full custody (joint legal) a little over 3 years ago, and now the mother wants us to agree to joint custody with her. There is no reason for this change, and my husband does not feel it would be in the best interest of his kids. Will a judge still grant her joint?
