the mother lost custody for a reason though. doesnt that count towards something? she has no stability in her life and it isnt fair for the kids though... I would rather spend the money so that they stay with us... BUT I wanna know what a judge would say...and if anyone knows of any websites for MN that can give us some info. Isn't it true that unless there is endangerment where they are living now... custody will not be changed... is this true????
