my ex, which by the way we had a wonderful relationship until last November when I started sending him medical bills and letters regarding his CS to get caugt up , he turned sower. We have been divorced since 1999. today is the second time he calls the police b/c the kids tow of the three don't want' to go with him, only the 9 year old does. The other 2 are 12 & 8, they are angry at him for calling the police the first time (which it was the visitation before Spring Break) and last time that they went with him (he only gets them 1 weekend a month) he was so angry at them that he yelled and screamed at them all the way to Austin.

Today again they didn't want to go I told him I have talked to them and told them they need to go with their dad, but still to no avail. Well he started threatening me, so I had to call the police which they have a very good report from the first time. And it ended with the office asking the kids if they wanted to go, they said "no" , pretty much they told him he has to resolve this in court, this is not contempt is it?
I already have a lawyer doing my contempt on CS and medical bills, and I will talk to her monday just curious.
We are also doing modification b/c he never gives me notice shows up whenever he wants to, and I have asked him to send me written notice 14 days in advance per decree.
He is angry for me going after the money he owes on bills and CS>
