Well i went to my lawyers and got sustody papers it seems my lawyer is going to try and be nice and try to settle out of court , giving me permanet and legal custody of my boys , with reasonable and sensible limitations for the dad he is gonna be pissed , it would be diffeent if i knew he wasnt drinking and doing drugs buti know he is and the boys dont want to be around it i guess the last straw for them was the night he was high and he rammed our car with his vehicle 4 times scared them, dont get me wrong they love there dad but there has to be some reasonable limitations on him , i dont want to take any chances of my boys getting hurt again. plus the whole atmosphere where he is at is just drinking and drugs and alot of fighting and cursing we dont have that here i dont drink or do drugs and my fiance dont drink or do drugs either so i guess we have to wait these 30 days if he calls my lawyer without getting an attorney then its worked out in court if he gets an attorney then off to court we go and then thats when its gonna get dirty because my lawyer is going to use his criminal history and his substance abuse and the domestic violence against him to try and keep the boys safe
