Good day to you all!

I'm in central MN, trying to raise my 5yo as best as I can. At the recommendation of his teacher (private religous school), he has been seeing a speech therapist 3 times a week since Jan. There has been an amazing improvement!!!!

I have a child support order stating that BF must provide medical insurance, and is responsible for 50% of uninsured expenses. He hasn't provided insurance for 4 years, but I am able to. I'm lucky enough right now to have it available through my employer.

My problem is that I have a $30 copay for every visit. I've racked up over $5000 in copays and uninsured expenses. The therapist has been kind enough to allow me to make meager monthly payments to her.

I've been receiving EOBs from my insurance company, telling me what the exact amounts of uncovered benifits.

My question is regarding submitting the paperwork to the CS agency for these expenses.

Am I required to pay the bill in full and submit a receipt of payment made or are the EOBs from Blue Cross enough?

I've never submitted the paperwork before, it's never been an issue until recently. With the moneys that I've been paying out for the premiums ($200 a month), I just don't have it in the budget.. It's just not there.
