You provide no basis to reopen your decree. Being ignorant regarding what you were, in fact, agreeing to is not a reason to reopen a divorce decree. Nonetheless, if there has been a sufficient change of circumstance since the order was entered and you can show that a modification is in the children's best interests, you may bring a Motion to modify. Make no mistake, however, with the current order in place, there will be a presumption to maintain the current arrangement and your battle will be significantly uphill.
