the restraining is just to keep me away from my child. He is telling the court that since two years ago I abandoned my child and my child has lived with him since then.....that is such a lie.
My child has never lived away from me...never.
He has only visited his father, and what happened is he always refused to bring him home. He is very violent against me and others. The thing is I could never find him when I would drive to Tx to go get him. His father would not answer my calls or let me know where they were on purpose even though i had another child that had to be in school the next morning 70 miles away in my home town. I am allowed by the court to live where I want I just have to make sure they have my address. Since I moved to another town, I gave him my child for visitation on easter sunday. Since then he has kept my child from calling or seeing me and lied to the court about who had custody so that he could get a restraining order after he has basically kidnapped my child. Not once but twice. I got my child back in my state for three days from a court in my state and that day he filed papers (false) in court to have the police get him back from me stating i violated a RO that had expired 9 days before i got him. In your opinon what should the court decide? My child wants to be here with me and I had to let the cops take him while he was begging me to stay here. He does not want to be with his father because he kept him from me. So my child is with him against his will. He is only 5 years old!
