It also says that he is responsible 60% of uninsured medical expenses only when the montly expense exceeds 5% of the basic support obligation (this is about $75 per month).
I usually cannot bill him for anything out of pocket because seldom do monthly expenses exceed $75 per month. That's okay though, we both provide insurance and there are seldom any out of pocket expenses.
