I am the mother of 2 boys ages 14 and 11 they are my life my divorce was final in January of this year and i had to do the 1 year seperation and all during the whole seperation we have not recieved any help from my childrens father and still havent he continues to either get locked up and go to jail or he switches jobs or he is what i call a hipodrit christian he goes to church for a while to make himself look good and then this last incident he ended up in a mental hospital because he tried to kill himself, see my ex is a crack addict and an alchoholic and he was very abusive in our marriage to me physically and mentally and verbally it took me a while to leave but i did , his family his mom and his step dad are alchoholics his sister who lives next door murdered her dad and now has more chargeson her now for felony foregery of checks and larceny she recently went to court for contributing to a minor where she had a party for her 12 year old daughter and gave the girls alchol and pot and pain pills and let them all smoke , i am not up for all of this i donat want my boys around this i try hard with them i may be strict they have alot more responsibilites then alot of other kids but they know right from wrong they need there space but not that much space. he wants to have the 2 most important things in my life in this kind of enviroment and me and my fiance dont wnat it and the deal with the child support gosh why cant someone get him in court any ideas
