2. Shared Parental Responsibility. The parties shall share the parental responsibilities in the care and upbringing of their minor child. The Mother shall be the primary residentail parent and the Father shall be the secondary residential parent. The parties recognize that their son has a right to maintain a positive and loving relationship with both parents; therefore, both parents shall abide by and carry out the terms and conditions of shared parental responsibilty.
3. Time sharing with child. The minor child shall be with the Mother on Monday thru Friday during the daytime hours while the Father is at work, and the child shall be with the Father on Tuesday thru Friday evenings while the Mother is at work. On those evenings when the child is to be with the Father, the Father shall return the child to the Mother before going to work the following morning.
5. Relocation of Child from #XYZ County. Neither party shall relocate from #XYZ County, Florida with the child without written consent of the other party or an order of the court.
Ordered and adjudged, both parties continue and are hereby restrained, enjoined and prohibited from removing the minor child from the State of Florida without the prior order of this court; and the Court hereby affirms that both parties were notified in the presence of the Court that is would be a criminal felony offense pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 787.04 for either party to remove the child from the State of Florida in volation of this order.
