DEFINATELY though room for a new order. It won't work the way it is currently is set-up. Your husband needs every weekend, extended holidays like majority of the summer and vacations.
Do you have any correpsondence about her move and how she informed you of it? If your husband never formally agreed to the move, she can be in very deep do-do. I can't believe she lured HIM into false charges. I betcha she knows how much trouble SHE can get into and was trying to discredit your husband...but a FL judge WILL not like what she has done, unless your husband signed a letter permitting the move, or something similiar.
I would look into hiring a lawyer, seriously. At least go for a free consult because you might be able to get the ex to pay your attorney's fees in this particular matter.
Please try a consult and see what they say. DOn't leave one bit of the story out. In fact, write down on paper significant dates, dates of correspondence sent (emails, etc) and stuff so when you do have the consult, you don't forget it and can quickly relay the details, instead of getting caught up in the emotional side of the story. Keep us updated and let me know the details of the ex's move. You still might be able to get the police involved as long as it wasn't too long ago, and your husband has no record of agreeing to it.
