Hey catherine, by the way, how's things in your world?

How's the baby? Ready for hurricane season?

My mom is still patching up her house, but they are into the home (pun intended) stretch now.

Next time I am in FL, I will definitely look you up. Maybe next Xmas, but not earlier.
